Just my thoughts but I suspect this is related to the issues of the other day.
I think what we are experiencing is tech support is still working on the programing. Sort of like when a mechanic is working on your car, the engine might sound funny until all the repairs are completed.

I've been getting errors for the past hour and a half. When I click on the link to get more info about the "http error," it says the website's server is having problems.
