It depends on what you like - if you want the beach, go to Gulf Shores, be sure to stop by Bellengrath Gardens in Theodore, near Mobile; if you like the mountains, try Little River Canyon near Fort Payne or Mt. Cheaha near Anniston. If you like history, visit Demopolis, or just go for a drive through some of the old towns like Greensboro, or Decatur, or Eufala, and be sure to visit the state capital in Montgomery. Take in the Renaissance festival in Florence. Visit Tinglewood Park in Montevallo, or Tannahill State Park near McCalla. If you like nature, visit Natural Bridge in Winston County, or Dismals Canyon near Phil Campbell.
