Train hauling 10M pounds of human feces stranded in Alabama town: ‘God help us if it gets hot’ | WGN-TV

Sounds terrible, hopefully they remove and dispose of it, before making people sick!

I'm 63 years old and I can honestly say I never heard of such a thing. Why would anybody be transporting 10 million pounds of human waste and where would it be coming from? I would think that would be against the law. I can't imagine any city allowing something like that to be transported thru their town, for the possibility of incidents like this. City's are usually really diligent about permits for just about everything. I would think the train would need a special permit to haul human waste thru a town. Just imagine if the train would have derailed and all that nasty human waste ended up on the ground. Just imagine the flys, not to mention the maggotts, the odor and the big mess, and who's gonna pay to clean it up?

I bet it would stink to high heaven for miles around. I bet every fly within a 300 mile radius would be on it's way to that 10 million pound pile of human poop in the middle of the road.

I always thought just about everywhere its customary to flush the toilet and everything goes into the sewer and the sewer dumped it into a river and eventually it made it's way to the Gulf Of Mexico, and that's the end of it. Where would they get 10.7 million pounds at? That sounds like an astronomical amount.

Somebody's got some explaining to do. I'm surprised if this isn't nationwide breaking news.

It's so disgusting. I was really looking forward to eating my leftover chicken livers and collard greens and had them heating up in the oven, and now I done lost my appetite.

I was wondering why this wasn't in the Christianity forum. Then I said, "Ohhhhh, POOP hauled to Alabama."
