Any Info On Great Retirement Area In Al? Near The Coast Would Be Nice. $150's Price Area. What Are Real Estate Taxes Like In Al? How About H/o Insurance?

Nothing personal - 150k close to the coast. It may be time for a reality or better a real estate check. AL may be considered The Deep South but it is pretty much up to real time.

150k for the lot? Has potential.

A lake on a mobile home is a little different than being on the gulf. You can find a house in and around Foley for the price you listed but not on water. Summerdale, Robertsdale and other areas are farther inland, where home prices are a little more reasonable. Not sure about HO now a days since the hurricanes, don't think it is as bad as FL. You can check the baldwin county website to get an idea of property tax.
