Does anyone know the best seat to have on an alaska airline on a Boeing 737-400 I'm fairly tall 5'8 and would like to have a decent mount of legroom but still be able to move around a little bit my light is 6am so I'm not worry about noise to much

Exit row seat if possible, row 6 if not (immediately behind 1st class). Row 6 has no under seat storage. If it's a milk run with cargo up front, exit row is best.

Default first class upgrade

Besides the two up front with the view, the only decent seats in any airline are in first class. Unfortunately, everyone in Alaska seems to have plenty of miles to upgrade so they're hard to get.
