my current state of residency has no state tax on my payroll either.. Just property where I want to retire is 10 to 30k an acre, I just want a few acres so i can build a house and fence in my yard, make a ton of noise, shoot my guns, or leave a car outside between repairs without feeling like im Fred or Lamont Sanford. I dont want cats crawling all over my cars and peeing on my porch ect.

LOL, that's where Alaska is great! We have all sorts of critters here that practice "cat control" if you level your cat outside!

But with only an acre or two, you still may incur the wrath of your neighbors when you're out shooting... Something about stray bullets get them all riled up!

Good luck in finding your dream spot!

Leather seats do fine in the cold, it's your butt that's takes it toil on the seat at those temps... Not to mention the seat is rock hard when you "plop" down on it!

But that is where you learn about "Rectal Freeze".

Heated seats are great. I just wish the ones in my boyfriend's truck would come on with the autostart.
