What is a good drive time from Seattle Washington to Anchorage Alaska? Have to be in Anchorage by 15JUL09.

Don't really need to much time to site see, well wish I had but don't. Will have family w/2 pets.

Will have 26-28 ft u-haul with car behind. Wife driving truck behind as well, 4 - 5 days???

You do it in 3, I add 2 for our extra equipment?

That sounds about right. 4-7 days sounds close. You failed to mention the Uhaul and car lol.

I made the Seattle-Anchorage trip with two cats in a UHaul towing my car in 5 days, twice. Those were avg 10 hours of straight driving though... with kids, if they're young, might want to add another 2 days just to be safe. Always better to show up a little early than a little late.

Day 1: Seattle to Prince George (562 miles)
Day 2: Prince George to Fort Nelson (528 miles)
Day 3: Fort Nelson to Whitehorse (591 miles)
Day 4: Whitehorse to Tok (396 miles)
Day 5: Tok to Anchorage (328 miles)

I did it in 7 days taking my time. I had an truck and a 24 foot enclosed trailer.
