I don't have a question but just a general statement - I'm moving back to Anchorage after being away for, uh, ... 16 years. Nothing's changed right? :-) While I am returning due to family reasons, I'm actually looking forward to coming back. I've been living in Las Vegas for those past 16 years and iI have to admit - I missed Anchorage. I'm just hoping that the friendly spirit hasn't changed.

all things and all places change in 16 years.

I'm sure the roads will have a changed look after 16 years. I lived in Anchorage back in 1967-68, and I still see alot of things today...that were there back then.
