hi all and thank you in advance to those reading this post and especially those replying.
I have read all I can find with 1 day's worth of research, and it seems like I should be ok driving from Skagway to Anchorage around the 18th of May - at least weather-wise. Any input you have regarding the driving conditions to anticipate will be much appreciated (and I understand no one has a crystal ball)

on a separate but related inquiry - regarding the corona virus travel restrictions... If I had to take this drive today, would I be able to enter Canada? I suspect not...

Again, thank you.

Border is currently closed. Reopening could be a wait and see deal. If not in Skagway now, how would you be getting there?

Driving conditions should be favorable at that date but ya never know. It's not entirely unheard of to seen snow around that time.

Lovely drive not to be rushed. I would stop often to hike, look around.
