Hey if anyone lives in albany and is familiar with the area I am looking to buy a property up there. From what I have seen on my searches it is very affordable, but most of the homes look very old and in need of extensive work. I heard there is also a lot of crime in some parts. I am looking for a low crime area where the homes are not all run down yet still reasonable in price. Nothing fancy. Just all the homes I have saw on my search were very run down. Just looking for a middle income area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
