I imagine if he really desired to be here or EP it was killing him to be on these boards daily knowing exactly what he was missing. I hope he's doing well and can make it back to the SW soon if he so desires.

I think your right better off making the best of where you are then wishing and hurting to be somewhere you can't.
I had a beer with him once a year or so ago after he'd moved but while he was still
one of our moderators. I think he knows enough about beer to avoid bad brews...
I enjoyed his posts as well, and I truly enjoy lurking the ABQ forum, which I discovered when planning a trip 1.5 years ago. I loved Albuquerque and I think someday I'll move there, but it doesn't seem to be in the cards for the next few years. Maybe when I retire in 40 years or so (what will ABQ be like in 2050?).
Anyway, this is my favorite forum on this site. It is kept positive, interesting and respectful. My home forum of Baltimore is quite the opposite. I've found that the overall tone of these forums can be a good measure of the general mood of a place. So, thanks a lot!

,Vikings, Twins ,Brewers. Don't you know!! Ok I'm sorry there's a limit to state versus state harasing. I'm willing to draw the line at fine hops to be shared when in one's state. I'm not a whimp I just respect a good brew.
