Hi Midwest--you sound like someone we'd get along with! : ) How do you like living in ABQ? I lived there for two years a decade ago and loved it. I am now in the process of trying to convince my hubby to move back there with our family.

We love almost everything except for some of the school issues. The weather is so nice, nice people and it seems like there is so much to do. Hope you can make it back someday.

Thanks, Midwest. The schools are probably our top concern about moving to ABQ. Which part of town do you live in and what have your experiences with the schools been like? We would probably want to live in Corrales or the North Valley, so I'm hoping the schools there will be good. What do you think?

We are happy with Eldorado High School, not sure about the schools in the North Valley or Corrales. The class sizes are larger than we ever expected but my son has many fantastic teachers, the curriculum is challenging for the courses he is in and the administration seems to care about the students/
