Thanks, Jim--that sounds amazing! And allooo66, I'm so glad to hear your friend is enjoying New Mexico. That's an interesting idea, commuting by train. We're pretty used to being car-dependent, unfortunately (coming from rural North Carolina). It seems like a lot of people stock up on groceries and stuff at Costco to try to reduce the number of trips they make.
