Albuquerque lofts, properties immediately north of them too.

Also try 1st & gold. Those are definitely worth looking at. Very innovative.

the anasazi lofts are currently being built downtown, Im not sure when they will be done but they are moving along really fast.

Try Villa De San Felipe, they look nice from the outside. You can also check out what actual renters think of various apts on apartmentratings.com
