have any connections to wireless companies? To make a long sad story short, Greg's company sold this week. So far, the only offers on the table are half of what he makes or less. We just can't live on that here. Since that was our last tie, so to speak, we now have the option of attempting to head west, now or in the near future. He'd prefer to stay in the wireless phone area, as that's where his most recent experience (14 years as a general manager of a local company- heading anywhere from two to six stores, as well as sub agents) lies.

Any ideas?

Oh Ramblin', I'm so sorry about this, but, maybe it happened for a "reason"? {poor timing albeit}. I just heard this week with only half of my ears {not paying direct attention again } that Verizon was still planning on buying Another company yet, even with this economy It should be in the economic {buy-out?} section of most Financial news web-sites, see if you can check it out. Give you something to think positive/ aim for?
I'll keep ya'll in my thoughts and prayers, you know it
Keep that smile on your face Girl! It WILL work out!

Hey, and I'd even do an obeah prayer chant for you too if that would help!

Tia Dalma- now where are my powders and spells?! Anyone have an "un-dead" monkey to offer, might help, LMBO

lol, thanks Tia. No undead monkeys here- they'd freeeeeeze. With the windchill, it's a feel like of about four and expected to drop below zero, thanks to the windchill. We were out blanketing the horses at feeding time, snuggling into them for warmth as they ate their steaming beet pulp!
