I didn't vote cause there was no answer that fit when I enjoy a drink. I like a drink (wine) when i am on the phone, late in the afternoon or just talking to hubby before dinner. I like a mixed drink out on the patio or deck, just before dinner with family or friends.

My choice isn't on your poll....I enjoy drinking before dinner...not after! I like to get a buzz going, then eat...then, I'm pretty much done! That's my "at home" routine.

If we are going out and drinking, I can't eat a large meal...just something light and small, if I intend to drink during the evening.

I like a glass of wine at home at night by myself to relax, but not every night or it becomes routine. I usually do this 1-2 times a week and make a point to try different wines to get a feel for it. All other drinking, especially my favorites, champagne or margaritas, is best done with friends.
