By now, it is a familiar litany. Study after study suggests that alcohol in moderation may promote heart health and even ward off diabetes and dementia. After 43 years of drinking copious amounts of Beer and tequila I decided to quit alcohol all-together. No cravings or jonesing whatsoever. I feel great and between my wife and I (she quit also) we will be saving $7000.00 per year.
