Are there any cities in Latin or Central America that have a climate that's similar to the PNW?

No, that's it, unless you are talking about WA and OR east of the Cascades, then the Patagonia region of Argentina would be it. Most of Chile that's north of Puerto Montt starts to look like California more and more, and northern Chile is analogous to Baja California and Baja California Sur (except northern Chile is far drier than the Baja peninsula). If you want more information, I suggest posting a question on the weather forum. We have 3 South American posters in there, 1 from Brazil, 2 from Argentina. One of the Argentine posters is a frequent poster there.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant like Seattle and Portland. Thanks I'll ask there.

Bogota is often overcast and it mostly hovers around 50-70 F. To me it is somewhat similar to Pacific Northwest weather.

Yeah, which is part of the reason I'm attracted to Bogota. I enjoy cool temperate weather, similar to the Northwest and San Francisco. Unfortunately, I'm told is not that pleasant of a city...I wonder how much of that is true.

Yes, the southern region of "Chile" Los Lagos. I lived in Chile for a year before I came to Argentina and the area around "Osorno" and "Puerto Montt" is almost identical to areas of The southern pan handle of Alaska or British Columbia. It's mountainous, damp, cool and humid, received alot of precipitation and has lot's of fjords and inlets with heavy cover of conifers....very very similar in many ways when I was there.
