A 7.0 earthquake struck in Arrondisement D'Aquin, Haiti. As of right now there are no reports of damage, but depending on the depth of the earthquake it can be felt as strong as it is or less. Many areas of the DR felt the ground shake, though reports range from felt everything shake and pool water splashing out in Santiago to not feeling anything in other areas. It was probably felt in neighboring Jamaica and probably in Cuba too, but as of right now there are no reports from either.
The earthquake that affected Port-au-Prince in 2010 was also in 7.0 range, if I remember correctly.
Yeah I was just about to type the samething. Poor Haiti
