The province I live in, we border those states. I see quite a bit of blonde hair. Lots of people with German and Ukrainian ancestry here.

That's the opinion of one stylist. I don't know what the actual percentage is, and I'm not saying it matters, but I wouldn't present that statistic as a fact. Come on, she is a stylist. Of course everyone she sees wants to color their hair.

The shade Swedish Women dye their hair is not a natural Colour, it's Platinum Blonde.
