There aren't any in Washington, Oregon, or California either. They were all over the Northeast US. Seems strange there aren't any on the west coast, but you can find them in Berlin, Germany. I had a customer in Berlin and I would stop after getting off the U-bahn (subway) for coffee before heading to the job site.

There aren't many in the Midwest either, a few in TX if I remember correctly and one or two in Oklahoma...
I am actually German and my little brother will go to Dunkin Donuts back home all the time and I have never lived in a city in the US that had one. *LOL*

As long as there is a cardiac care unit nearby. I cannot find anything on the menu that is not loaded with carbs, fat, salt, and cholesterol. And I know, what is wrong with that?
