It's a homeless shelter. I've never been in, but driving by there you usually see a crowd of chronically homeless people with substance abuse issues.

Ive been in there before for work purposes. It is a homeless shelter and with that....all the things that come with it. It can be a rough place place due to some of the clients.

And I should clarify... Not everyone at the shelter has a substance abuse issue... But many do.
