That may be true in Florida but we do not know where the OP is located and that could add or subtract a significant amount. Depending on how elaborate of a pool but a basic pool can go over $50,000 in some areas. The OP should ask this question on the state forum to get better answers. Jay

Depends on how many bells and whistles you want, size of the pool, and (often overlooked) ground conditions.
