Hi everybody,

I am a californian and looking for a house in Arizona for investment. A coworker of mine told me that I have to be an Arizona resident for two years before I can buy any properties for investment. Does anybody knows if this is true? Thanks.

Anybody can buy property in Arizona or anywhere in America without being a resident.

If this were true, nobody would live in Arizona. There would be no investment. The population would be the same as it was in 1900.

Absolutely not! We have investors upon investors from all over the world in this market. Where could your coworker have gotten such a crazy idea?

Your coworker needs to lay off the pipe. Where is he getting his information? More word of mouth?

This is a fine example of the old saw, "Don't believe everything you're told." Yikes...
