Clues helped a lot. VERY sneaky . It's the forgotten interstate, I-15, just outside of Mesquite, Nevada. I-15 only runs about 30 miles in Arizona. Thought it was near Tom Wells Road outside of Blythe, but the vegetation was all wrong.

Excellent Sluggo. The picture was pretty bad, took a few more that are sharp, but that would show it right away...
Only folks from up north, like Canada and Utah and so on might drive that way. It is not forgotten though.... Just out the way for most of AZ.
For those who have never driven it, you go through the "Virgin river gorge", something else. There are a ton of You Tube's with that piece of interstate.Yes, this is in AZ....

Only did the drive once when I went from Nellis AFB to the Ogden area. Most people don't realize that such a small length of I-15 goes through AZ... sort of like the two miles or so that I-24 dips into Georgia just outside Chattanooga.
