Different areas in the USA have different climates...Arizona is similar New Mexico in the that face during 1 part of the day the weather can be 90 and another part of the day it can be 57.

So my question to you Arizonians, do you often changes clothes during the day, or because your use to the weather shifts, you stick out with the same one outfit?

If by "changing clothes" you mean removing one's jacket, sweater, or sweatshirt then yes.

AZ isn't exactly a fashionista hub. I think you'll find most people are driven by pragmatism.

Just curious: Where do you live?

OP must live where Washingtonians, Oregonians or Californians live -- thus the "Arizonians" (see just below):

Nah, just carry a jacket in the winter time.

Of course I change clothes twice a day, from work clothes to gym clothes, then pajamas. But that's not a weather thing, just a lifestyle thing.

Makes your clothes last longer. Long sleeved shirts for am & after dark. Short sleeves or tank tops once the sun is up. You can wear clothes twice as long, just keep changing them.
