Smile Minority Groups in Arizona?

Hi, I currently live in New York City (Queens boro). I would like to know what would be the best area for minorities? NYC is a melting pot, I'm sure Arizona is somewhat diverse but I'm looking for an area that have lots of ethnic and cultural activities. I'm looking to move to Arizona within a year or so.

There are alot of threads on here and the Phoenix specific thread re;minorities, "blacks"(the term used in post) in Arizona, etc....
Being your average white middle class, middle age male....don't know about finding alot of ethnic and cultural activities here, save American Indian and Mexican festivities. MLK draws a small parade, as does Juneteenth. Again, I'm not one to really know.
But this I do know, nothing will compare to the ethnicity you have in Queens. Sadly, we have no burroughs with terrific ethnic shops, no "Little Italy" , no China town, and frankly, what was once considered to be the "black side" of Phoenix, is more Mexican in culture than African American IMO.
