This guy never ceases to amaze me! Now Lord Obama wants to prevent Arizona from enforcing a law that punishes businesses that employ Illegals. I guess he'll do anything for votes even sell out our country! I wish there was just 1 politician left who was really "For the people".

Gix this is news to you? DC has been doing this for years. The last time DC did anything right was with Abraham Lincoln minus his murder... Don't even get me started on the WW's....

Unfortunately, Gixxer . . . Obama and the other "first person singular" Goons in Washington have a personal agenda which is much more important to them than any constituent.

They are driven by GREED and POWER . . . NOT LOYALTY.

What I got out of the article is that they are still pushing fearmonering concerning "racial profiling". If they are worried about legal immigrants being profiled, and refused jobs, they should push the E-verify law.

It is interesting how the politicians are scared of antagonizing illegals or Mexico, but they care nothing about what the American citizenry believes.

In fact, the voters are ignored until it is time to get re-elected and then the spin machines come out in force to get our votes.

What am I missing here??

SociObama continues pushing forth his transparent socialist agenda against America. Apparently there is nobody who has enough spine to stop this guy.

Reminds me of a interesting post regarding socialism:

This morning I was awoken by my alarm clock powered by electricity generated by the public power monolopy regulated by the US Department of Energy. I then took a shower in the clean water provided by the municipal water utility. After that I turned on the TV to one of the FCC regulated channels to see what the national weather service of the national oceanographic and atmospheric administration determind the weather was going to be by using satalites designed, built, and launched by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. I watched this while eating my breakfast of US department of argiculture inspected food and taking the drugs which have been determined as safe by the food and drug adminisration.

At the appropriate time as regulated by the US Congress and kept accurate by the ntional institute of standards and technology and the US Naval observatory. I get into my national highway traffic safetey administration approved vehicle and set out to work on the roads built by the local, state, and federal departments of transportaion, possibly stopping to purchase additional fuel of a quality level determined by the enviormental protection agency, using legal tender issued by the federal reserve bank. On the way out the door I deposit my mail I have to be sent out by the US postal servie and drop the kids off at the public school.

After work I drive my NHISA regulated vehicle back home on the DOT roads to a house which has not bured down in my absense because of the state and local building codes and the fire marshalls inspection, and which has not been plundered of it's valuables thanks to the local police department.

I then log onto the internet which was developed by the defense advanced research projects administration and post on sites like City-Data and Fox News Forums about how SOCIALISM is BAD and how the GOVERNMENT CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT!

Anyone who thinks we still live in a pureley captialistic country has a lot to learn.

That's because it's no longer "We The People", it's "We the government". The problem is the voting public, however. Uneducated voters go to the polls and vote people into office without ever really knowing what they stand for or how they've voted on key issues in the past.
And the majority of registered voters are suckered into voting for a certain candidate based on what someone else says or what his party affiliation is. I am a registered republican, but I do not vote right down party lines all the time. I pick the best person for the job based on his/her track record. Not how much sewage they can spew out of their mouth. Quite frankly, I am about to head off to independent land, simply because both parties make me sick 90% of the time. This country needs a serious enema.

Good post, but I can hear the "Whoosh" as it goes over people's heads.

personally i dont have any problems with the things that government is supposed to do, regulate interstate commerce, provide secure borders, establish proper regulation and oversight, provide law enforcement, etc. my issue is when government gets out of control and tries to take over the country. government should not be running banks, auto companies, finance companies, running health care, etc. excessive regulation, high taxes, not enforcing immigration laws, all conspire to hurt the economy, and the citizens of this country.

president obama does not want to enforce immigration laws because he, along with the rest of the democrats, are in the pockets of the labor unions. obama also wants amnesty passed so that all those that are currently here illegally can the legally vote for more democrats.

this country has never been a pure capitalist country, just like the old soviet union and china are not pure socialist/communist countries. but ever since johnsons great society was put in place, we have been losing our freedoms. before johnson became president we deported anyone who was here illegally, and we had a secure border. ever since however and because of pressure from the unions, we have not been deporting illegals like we should be, and our borders are wide open. this has cause many problems that we have today, crime rates are up, drug usage is way up, gun running is up, etc.

we need to get the government back to working for the citizens of THIS country, and not mexico or any other country.
