I think alot of the realtors also do property management. I used Prudential Homes and a friend of mine uses Century 21. I just checked www.ilovekingman.net which is the site I used 3 years ago but the pickings looked a little slim in the neighboorhoods mentioned above. Check out the classifieds in the Miner, www.kingmandailyminer.com as alot of the realtors will place classifieds. The "fairgrounds" area is nice. It pretty much depends on what your budget is going to be. If you can pay between $750 and $1000 you'll be able to get a decent house rental. If it's less than that, you'll have to be pretty careful about the neighboorhood.

All the schools are pretty good but I too think the two best ones are Manzanita and Hualapai. Teachers are great and I have found very willing to have you involved in your kid's class. The apartments on Hualapai Mountain Road are good - Hualapai school. Tivoli Heights is new - don't know anything about it but it looks nice - Manzanita school. We have a good bus system if you are in of such.

Not all of Butler is bad in all fairness; but, you nailed it re: Birdland.
