Everything was found in southeast Oklahoma near the town of Tom and an arrest has been made. Sadly, one horse was found dead, but no details.

Yep, The Arkansas Democrat Gazette reported she was mad at her x-boyfriend who is also an SAU student and member of the rodeo team. It was his horse that she killed.

And, she had some other teammate of hers along with her in this whole mess. this whole mess (or maybe he was the ringleader and she just tagged along because of that horse. Sick, sick, people. if that was her motivation, there were ways to "get back" at the ex that would not have involved killing or starving innocent animals.

No, I don't think her "associates" were "teammates". I understand they were neighbors or friends in southeast Oklahoma. I have worked in that area and to say the least, the local citizens are interesting people. Oops, I don't mean to imply they are all bad, only they are very independent and not too accepting of "outsiders". 99.9% of the people I had contact with were great.

Sorry, I thought I'd read that a young man had been arrested who was a teammate. That could well have been an error, mine or the news source's.

This story makes me sick. Angry at a boyfriend, so she killed a horse. Disgusting, but unfortunately some people think animal cruelty is a good way to deal with anger.
