there are many many similar areas in AR that have water access, are enjoyable with decent medical facilities. I am not sure CV will be exactly what you want but other will disagree with me i am sure. How about looking into Hot Springs village or Bella Vista? They are both developed by the same company as CV but are newer and probably will offer more of what you want. Do you want to be on the water or just near? DO you have a budget and what size of a home are you thinking about? There are so many questions one could ask that would help with giving good advise?

Look at the
demographics for Cherokee Village to see if it suits your requirements. Look at an AR map for towns near water....plug that town into google, go to the city-data entry, and compare the demographics of all the municipalities in North AR that fit your needs.... narrow your choices and plan a visit.
