I don't think China is particularly homophobic. Well it's still kind of conservative about it, but I don't think there's the same violent hatred of it as in the Muslim world.

Yeah just because China does not have as many Ladyboys as Philippines and Thailand, it does not mean China is a anti-Gay country.

Heck not even Western Europe has as many Ladyboys as Philippines and Thailand and Western Europe is extremely liberal on LGBT rights.

I wonder why Homosexual Malay/Austronesian men on average are more likely to want to dress up like women than Homosexual Caucasian men ?

After all there is no predominantly White country in the world no matter how liberal, that has a huge Ladyboy population like Philippines and Thailand. Most Homosexual White men in Western countries do not want to become Ladyboys. But most Homosexual men in Philippines and Thailand feel the need to want dress in women's clothing and change their whole appearance completely.
