I was watching Indonesian films The Raid and The Raid Part 2 and I noticed that some of the actors in those films look like they are mixed with Caucasian and do not look pure Mongoloid.

I'm not familiar with the Indonesian film industry but yes that sounds likely.
Not really overpresented on most of the movies but some does happen to have more of them, if you put arab, chinese, indian, portuguese and dutch mixture the number may actually be quiet large, dunno how big though. If you count indonesian chinese in majority of them are actually mixed with local indonesian, the number of population identified as chinese is too low (2.8 million), but thats an increase of people wanting to be identified as chinese compared to last cencus.
A rough estimate puts that the number of indonesian mixed with some chinese may have been as high as 10%, while dutch people make loads of bastard kids back then.
If you mean the recent mix i doubt its actually that many, may number few tenth of thousand though.

We do not know What Percentage Multiracial in indonesia ,as i know a population of mixed caucassian in indonesian can back to the colonization Dutch/Netherland.
then the number of indonesian mixed with chinese may have been as high.. like in my place were mostly indonesians who has a background Chinese.
