Are there provisions in condominium contracts in the Philippines to prohibit smoking inside condominiums?

Smoking and other sources of ignition such as gas appliances are fire hazards and have been known to start fires in high-rise buildings resulting in fatalities. Not to mention the odor of cigarette smoke and health hazards of second hand smoke. Many building codes prohibit smoking in high rise buildings.
