I have yet to find a good health club in the Philippines.
By good I mean: steam room, exercise equipment, sauna, pool, jacuzzi that works. Cannot even find steam room, exercise and jacuzzi and weights.
That's both searching online and on foot in Cebu and elsewhere.
If anyone knows of one I'd love to hear about it.
When I went to the YMCA in Cebu, the pool was empty. That's the Philippines for you, kinda reflects the whole Country.

Just go to a 1st world country.

Move to Europe (not eastern europe) or to North America.
