I've heard of apartment water bills in Dunwoody/Roswell as high as $90-$120. What gives? Why so high? What other cities in that area do not suffer super high water bills. Here in Duluth its a fraction of that.

I live in Alpharettta and the water portion of my bill is about $3 - $5. Then they add sewer, trash, and other nonsense so it's around $25 every month.

But starting in November they're doing it by the square feet of your apartment. It's the total water usage of the entire community divided up. So i'm going to be paying for the fools that use water like it's going out of style.

Where are they doing this? Just in the immediate Alpharetta area?
I'm going to moving to that area most likely and really don't want to get involved with that.

Just Camden communities. It's not an Alpharetta thing.
