Please assist with my questions.

I was under contract on a Fannie Mae home back in October 2011 but I wasn't able to close the house because the deeds haven't been serviced to Fannie Mae. So basically, I was under contract with Fannie Mae but the deeds are still under Wells Fargo and this is preventing me from closing. My closing date has been extended for a few times now and it's a bit frustrating. I (self represent) contacted the closing attorney and they told me that they have been in contact with Fannie Mae and that they are escalating on this matter. However, to me it doesn't seem like closing attorney is trying b/c the only answer they give me was "No, we have not received the foreclosure deeds for this property."

Does anyone know how I can get this matter escalated? and who I should escalate this to resolve this craziness? Thank you in advance.

Thanks!

Hi, try here deeds.com, I think this may help you solving this issue, it worked for me when I was in question.
