Ok my husband, our two kids and I are moving to GA in late july early august. My husband will be working as dekalb county sheriff in decatur. I am originally from San Diego CA and my husband from Long Island NY. My husband is getting out of the army. We want to know what is a good diverse area to move to, that is safe for our children with lots of activities and good schools. We would like to live in an area where we could purchase our first house for about 150k or so. I am black and being from CA I am use to being around a lot of different peoeple and I would want the same for my children. So I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
