We did this recently too. Our Comcast bill for cable and internet went from $142 down to $80, painlessly.

This can be a good resource:

AntennaWeb - Home

For Vinings, for example, it shows this:

AntennaWeb - Stations

That looks pretty similar to what I get in Cabbagetown with my antenna, but I also get 2.2 (Me TV, old tv shows) and 36.2 (Bounce TV, sort of like a BET, but with awesome old shows like Soul Train and Fat Albert). I also get zillions of mexican channels and church garbage.

I have the above as well. I will never pay for cable. I think it is ridiculous to pay money to watch TV and when I did have it (for free when it was included in an apartment I rented years ago) all I watched was HGTV and a couple other channels but mostly just local networks anyway.

I get all the networks with my antennae. I have a newer TV and just an old dog eared type of antennae. I mostly only watch PBS and am happy I get 4 PBS channels so I love it. I also get the 36.2 Bounce, and 36.3 Antennae TV which is older shows like All in the Family that I have always enjoyed. I even get C-span and WGN and some other "cable" channels somehow, don't know how but I do and I have never had cable at the house I live in.
