Hopefully most of that growth will be absorbed in the urban core. Creating a denser Atlanta, reducing traffic and urban sprawl.

Should be noted it is the metro area, not just the COA. All those foreclosures in the suburbs where people where buying homes too big and too expensive for themselves are dragging down the whole metro area.
