I hate Comcast. They screwed up my account when I first moved down here and tried charging me a $30 fee saying it was my fault because I gave them the wrong address.

Of course, I told them to replay the call on their system and sure enough I had given them the correct address. Bunch of idiots.

What does that have to do with Comcast? You know the NFL makes that decision, right?

I'm not sure why they would black-out the game in Atlanta when it was played at Kansas City...that doesn't seem like the NFL but more like a decision by Comcast. Does anyone know why it was blacked out?

TV broadcast frustrates Falcons fans | www.ajc.com

Sounds like a problem with the satellite signal at FOX5.

ETA from Facebook:

Why would Comcast choose to black out an NFL game? It is certainly more beneficial to them to have an NFL game rather than a few more reruns of "Everybody Loves Raymond". If they aren't required to black it out, they aren't going to black it out.

Oh, and I've had Comcast for nearly seven years now, and almost never had a problem. My cable has gone out only once when a tree fell on a line up the street, and the internet is super fast and has also only gone out a handful of times. I always wonder what the bitching is about.

Comcast didn't do anything. Fox 5 or the Fox Network had issues. They even posted on Facebook and apologized. Get it right if you're going to rant.

What's not cool is people who jump to conclusions without understanding the real cause of a problem. Do you blame the TV news guys when the weather is bad?
