Hello everyone. My name is Erica and I am new to these forums. I'm a native of Atlanta, Georgia. I have an idea that I'd like to share with you all and get your feedback if possible. I've heard about many sites that offer Letters from Santa for kids, but a lot of them cost way too much. I was thinking of doing something similar but for much less. Also, a majority of the money made through this seasonal website would be donated to charities and organizations of your choosing.

So what do you think?

Can you give a few more specifics? For example:

1) How much do the other websites charge for their letters from Santa?
2) If I as a customer purchase a letter from Santa - what do I receive? Is it a form letter? Personalized letter?
3) How much would your website charge for a letter?
4) How much does it cost to create the website and produce the letters?
5) What would motivate/entice me as a consumer to go to your website vs. another?
6) How do you plan on marketing your service?
7) Who is the target demographic for your service?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong (I'm never wrong)
but doesn't the Postal Service offer this for free?

And can't you just go to google and type in "letters to santa free" and find a number of websites offering the service for free?

I'm not saying you can't have a fund raiser or a business selling something that people can get for free, especially from a source that everyone already knows about, but it'll be an uphill battle to say the least.
