Actually, I recently read a report that noted that Fulton Ind will have a technical college soon and some sort of aviation-related school. There is also a foreign language school there now.

Escorting is legal in the city as long as you have a permit. So I feel no sympathy for the prostitutes. It is just like any other business you have to get the permits. If I have to pay city tax & city permits for my company; why shouldn't a sex worker?
