Are homes selling for above asking price, asking price, below asking and if so what percent. Specifically we are looking at East Cobb, Dunwoody and Sandy Springs. Also Alpharetta. Any info or advice would be helpful. Thanks!

I recently read an article - the homes in SS are selling at an average of 98% of the asking price. The average transaction price is a little over 500k. That was a couple of months ago and I am sure the market conditions have changed since.
