I need help finding a Private School near the Atlanta area that accept International Students and give I-20 forms to them... it would be preferred if you can name a couple of them not in the metro Atlanta area, but instead near the Gwinnett County area. It would also be preferred if I got elementary schools, too, as the kids looking to study here are in elementary school. But since I do not know whether they will be staying here for a while or not, I would like private schools for the middle and high school students.

I have searched quite a while, but I haven't found any yet. It would be great if you guys can help me.

There is the Atlanta International School. It is a fantastic school! It's not in Gwinnett though - it's in Buckhead.

You might try Wesleyan School in Norcross.

I guess I am confused -- are they coming here with out their parents to study? (Otherwise, couldn't they come on their parents' visas?)

Brandon Hall School, which is in Dunwoody, has a wonderful intensive program for international students to learn English. It also has a boarding option for boys in grades 4th to 12th.

If they are coming here without their parents, Brandon Hall is probably willing to cooperate with the Visas... most other private schools probably don't have the experience and thus the willingness to do so. Additionally, unless they are already english speakers, most typical private schools aren't real interested in enrolling them.
