Love it. I'm so glad we don't have a Novarre like tower going here. Midtown makin progress and I fully believe this will be built.

It's nice to see such a large tower that will offers so much outdoor space for its residents. That's hard to come by in a highrise rental so I bet these will be in demand.

I'm sure if the trade winds blow that way, this building will magically convert to condos just like they have in the past. The challenge is finding ~$400/sf prices that support financing condos.
