Imagine if we add more transit (Rail Specifically) to the metro area. There would be much more development which I having being saying for the longest but I guess some people are just happy sitting in traffic and having to drive everywhere!

I'm shocked corndog hasn't brought up the deadly shooting last night on the streetcar route.

Crime can happen anywhere, cq. I can't imagine that it has anything to do with the streetcar. It's not even running yet, is it?

I can go grab a cup of $5 gourmet coffee at a boutique, loft-inspired coffee shop after paying to wait 15 minutes to ride 0.4 miles on an empty streetcar that moves at 7.9 mph AND get a side of murder. This is truly a renaissance for that area.
