There are no agencies to assist you in moving to Atlanta. If you are not moving to Atlanta for a job you have already secured, do not move there without a job. The Atlanta job market is not good, especially if you don't have a degree and/or experience in a specialized field. Even if you have a degree, it's hard to get a job there.

Do not move to Atlanta unless you have already secured good paying job and can afford to get an apartment or your job is paying your relocation fees.

If you are trying to leave NYC and need help getting a job and a place, there's nowhere that offers those type of services in Atlanta or elsewhere for that matter.

I disagree; The Atlanta job market is wonderful. You just have to be qualified. Most of the unemployed are not qualified for the right skills.

But you need to get the job offer before you move here. Otherwise you won't be able to narrow down where to live.

Yes there are. There are temp agencies, headhunters/recruiters and relocation specialists. They are just two separate things in Atlanta versus one-stop-shops.
