Thanks for all the advice guys, but how is interracial dating in Atlanta? Are girls more open to there?
This man just trying to get his d!ck wet. I remember being 19 (still in my 20s).
Boy, there are all kinds here. If you are attractive with a decent job you can get any race you want.
Go to QUAD or Iris one night and get on one of those raver girls of any race, they won't care if you are cute. Atlanta is find for interacial dating as the youger folks really don't care.

I know why you are probably worried about interacial dating. You're are a alternative or preppy black aren't you? Black girls in your small hometown don't want nothing to with you, right? Don't worry about that here.
Like I said there are all kinds here. You will find plenty of alternative or otherwise unique black girls ( or guys ) here who might like you or you like them at least. One if the raves I mentioned are good place for that too. You can get what your jimmy wants here man.

Hit the hammer right on the head brah. Black girls here think I "act too white". But they still want me, because I'm "different". Pretty funny to be honest.
I'm not really into the whole "club" scene since I don't drink or smoke, I'd stick out. I mostly stick to day game.

What kind of music do you like ? Also, what do you do for fun?

Rock (Alternative; Pop Rock; Punk; Pop Punk) mainly, country and a little hip hop and pop. Since I'm from a sub 10k town not much to do for fun around here (except get high and into trouble).
I guess if I had options I'd skate, go to the mall, and try to make friends.
Dude.. you'll fit right in. Atlanta is especially a good place for black folks who "don't fit the stereotype" because there are so many different types of black folks. its not this your either ghetto and urban or your white. You have a wide spectrum of people you can fall under. its cool you'll see

As another poster pointed out. You can find your niche or scene in ATL easily no matter what it is.
Plenty of skate parks around here that you can make friends at. Forget the mall and go hang around little 5 points on a weekend or during the summer to meet like minded folks.
Big skating scene here with all the skate parks. You will make friends quick if take my advice as well as go to youth oriented events. Sometimes that may require going to bar or club that allows 18+. You don't have to drink though just to socialize, but there are plenty of shows and festivals too.
Here is some skate park and skate scene info.
Has a map of the local skate parks. May not be updated though so I'd google to find more. ATLskater.com
This is just stuff off the top of my head late at night tired. It doesn't even come to close to what you can get into here based on what interests you. Are you a anime or scifi/fantasy geek? Check out one of the cons too.

Sweet, thanks for the links brah. Not an anime or sci fi fan, not really my thing. But, those anime cons look pretty fun. Might check some out.
