Who do y'all think leads the pack in turning lemons into lemonade, taking downtrodden or straight up empty areas and turning them into living breathing vital communities that fundamentally change the around them?

I am talking about projects that are about 5-10 years old at this point. maybe older with a proven track record. (Not the Beltline yet - but maybe seminal infill projects)

If you know who the developers were - feel free to post that info along with a pic.

It was a brownfield, I believe.

Huge fan of Glenwood Park as well! (I live next door to it). It was an old industrial saw mill before hand.
